Shipping and Returns
Shipping & delivery policy: at URBN22 we go the extra mile by offering worldwide shipping with signed delivery - no extra charge. The time it takes for your parcel to reach its destination, depends on where you want us to send it. Keep in mind that within the EU, delivery can take anywhere between 1 to 4 days. Outside of the EU, up to a week.
Order status & tracking: we work hard, but just like you; we need time to unwind, recharge and get back to business. So, all orders are processed during weekdays. Orders placed before 21.00h will be dispatched the same day, giving you plenty of time to browse. If we can't meet the 21.00h mark, it will be handled the following weekday.
Taxes, duties & tariffs: you'll be happy to know that if you live outside the EU, taxes that have already been paid for, can be declared! All we need is an export paper with a customs stamp, so we can process the refund afterwards. Import tariffs and/or duties are for the parcel recipient.
Mode of payments: We accept payments through either iDeal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Bancontact or by way of Creditcard. These forms of payment use IBAN bank accounts.
Returns and exchanges: you're allowed to return your purchases within 30 days, starting from the delivery date. The item(s) you send back, need to be in mint condition. We can only accept unworn and undamaged products. Check out our refund policy, for a more detailed listing of conditions.

Disputes: it's possible not to see eye to eye at times and this could lead to a disagreement of some sort. We're not ones to shy away from a challenge and will always put in the effort to work through any dispute.
In case we're not able to resolve it together, we would like to refer you to an online platform that allows consumers to file their complaints about online purchases. It's the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform and this way there's still a possibility to reach an out-of-court settlement.
